Keep Douglas County Beautiful became an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful on 4/30/2018. The population served in Douglas County is 109,772. K.D.C.B is an operating division of the Douglas County Department of External Affairs and is under the direct authority of the Douglas County Board of Commissioners.The Board of Commissioners adopted the resolution establishing a Keep Douglas County Beautiful Commission on December 4, 2017.
